Logs for DNS?

We have an internal and external Domain Name server with Windows 2003 server, we add and modify domains using the windows application,

Is there any way to register changes and adds that we do as logs that say what was done, where and by whom?

I am a bit confused about the question.DNS is for resolving ip addresses against computer names.DNS is dynamic and it is the computer that registers the name.Do you mean audit of active directory objects if so try the link bellow.The link bellow is windows 2000 but it will apply to 2003.
